What To Expect
Therapy with me is collaborative and adaptable to your needs. Whether we’re diving deep into emotional work, exploring lighthearted moments, or having theoretical discussions, I’ll match your energy. My goal is to empower you with self-compassion and help you connect to your values so you can create the life you want.
In our first session, I’ll ask about your background, current struggles, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll set a path forward—whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific concern or longer-term healing. The pace and direction are always flexible to fit what’s right for you.

You can prepare if you’d like, and it may make therapy more effective, but it’s certainly not required. We’ll work with whatever you bring to each session!

After each session, you may feel motivated to reflect or take action on what we discussed. I may also assign exercises or homework, but progress is ongoing and doesn’t just happen in the therapy room.
